Tina Sorichetti has traded in real estate in Ontario for 21 years focussing on urban and rural properties primarily in the Durham Region and Kawartha Lakes. With a background in the legal field and sales/marketing, brought together with Tina’s experience in the real estate industry make her an indispensable asset to your real estate transaction.Her complete understanding provides a concise documentation paper trail and smooth transaction - she ensures that you will enjoy your home hunt and moving process.

Tina has a full report card recognizing her Leadership Training. This includes OREA Leadership 100, 200, 300, 400, 401, Ontario Realtor Party 101, 201.

She has contributed as a Subject Matter Expert for the education curriculum and sat on the Advisory Committee for the Real Estate Administration College Program.

Having spent 10 years on the Board of Directors for the Durham Region Association of Realtors, Tina presided as President in 2019. She presently continues to volunteer her time.

Tina owned her own Real Estate Brokerage from 2006-2017 and has sold hundreds of homes - condos to waterfronts to rural and subdivision properties. She is the Branch Manager at the Port Perry office.

She continues to sell full time and makes her self available for new clients. She comes equipped with vast real estate sales experience and provides solid communication skills.
